Josh Arlow has worked exclusively in the restructuring world since 1997, providing financial and management advice and services to lenders, owners, and creditors of distressed or underperforming businesses. He has extensive experience in cash flow analysis and projection, financial management, fraud and debtor investigation, coordinating liquidations, bankruptcy litigation support, and creditors committee advisory services. In addition to law, Mr. Arlow’s background includes substantial training in financial analysis, accounting and financial modeling.

Highlights of Mr. Arlow’s experience include:

• Leading teams in providing consulting services to underperforming, distressed and bankrupt businesses and their lenders in dozens of engagements covering a broad spectrum of industries.
• Preparing a Chapter 11 turnaround plan for a $500 million steel plant.
• Leading the liquidation of assets at a paper conversion plant with a return of over 40% in excess of projection.
• Acting as Interim CFO to a distressed public company during a critical operations and cash flow period.
• Overseeing the wind-down and liquidation of a publicly traded consumer electronics supplier.
• Increasing market competitiveness through a restructuring of catalog pricing for an ad specialty company.
• Assisting the FBI and SEC in a fraud investigation.
• Serving as financial advisor to a creditors committee through the bankruptcy of a $150 million subprime auto loan company.

Mr. Arlow has a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University. He has been a member of the State Bar of California and the Turnaround Management Association since 1996.
